Perfect wine match: Gaillac

Brie de Melun (PDO)
One does not have to be a cheese expert to tell the difference between Brie de Meaux and Brie de Melun; all is needed is to compare their size and colour. They may be related, but Brie de Melun’s rind is more colourful and it is at least, 10 centimetres smaller than it’s cousin ! If tasted blindly, remember that Brie de Melun is fruitier and stronger, with a slight hazelnut taste.
